Service Description

IXPS provides infrastructure monitoring software as a service. We offer real-time metrics collection, alerting, and analytics dashboards.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and API keys.

Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance.

Limitation of Liability

IXPS B.V. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
